Labour ban and immigration ban in the UAE

I have a one-year labour ban starting on May 01, 2019. I came to know from a friend that the labour ban is followed by an immigration ban. How true is it?

If I get an offer letter from another employer, will it lift the ban or not? Is there anything that can be done to lift the ban?

Authentic answers will be much of help.

Thank you!

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Thank you for reaching out to me on this.

Please note that the Labour Ban means an employee cannot get a work visa for 6-12 months (depending on the duration of the ban). However, there is no such thing as immigration ban post labour ban.

Both the bans are independent in nature and should not be confused as same.

Please check through reliable sources the nature of your ban and thereafter I can advise you whether it is even possible to lift the same.

I trust you will find this helpful.

Regards,

I had a limited term contract and I resigned in the months of my employment.

I resigned for my personal reasons, so the employer imposed a ban on me and it's of one year period.

Is there something to lift the ban or do I have to wait a year to go to the UAE?

Please let me know.

Thank you and regards!
