Since the renewal is in October and we bought the property in September, we don't have 90 days to notify the tenant of the new rent. The tenant agreed to the new rent in an email with the old owner 90 days ago. Can we dispute this?

Hi, I went to a clinic for teeth braces to make my teeth straight and they told me that they need to remove 2 teeth and then they will put braces. So they did the same and on 3rd visit, the other doctor asked me to do an x-ray to check the situation. She checked my x-ray and told me that sorry we can't do this treatment with the braces because it's a bone problem, so you can go to a surgeon. Good morning, I had an issue with my car Audi A3 when it gave a signal of gearbox malfunction. This happened during the warranty and it read you can continue driving. I informed the service advisor of the same which they said it should be some system error and nothing to worry about. It was not even mentioned in the service history. The next time I got the same error signal was 1 day before the warranty ended and I took the car to repair after the warranty as I thought again it is a system error. This time they said the mechatronics of the car is spoilt and to replace it will cost 17000. I informed them that this happened during the warranty and should be repaired under warranty. They said it was given after the warranty so they cannot consider. I repaired the car as I was scared it would breakdown any time. Can I fight a case against this as they did not provide proper details which could've alerted me to submit the car under warranty?

This makes it seem like the eviction was only to raise the rent rather than a genuine need to sell. Do I have a valid case for wrongful eviction against my landlord? Hi I'm an Irish citizen and a resident of the United Kingdom. I got investment fraud in Dubai. I invested money into a business with a Pakistani national guy in March 2024 via bank transfer into his business account. Now he's giving back the money which I invested in business after 9 months. But it's unfair to me that he used my money in business and took all the advantage.
