Obaid Saiid Issa Al Serkal

Mr Obaid Al Serkal is an Emirati lawyer and legal advisor with experience in litigation and disputes, as he represents clients before all courts and government sectors in all cases and all disputes including commercial, financial, insurance, real estate, compensation, labour, personal status, banks, customs, criminal, financial and administrative... etc. His job includes reviewing and studying judgments, penalties and decisions issued by all courts, providing legal opinions, drafting objections, appeals, and all kind of legal advice.
