Legal action to claim pending invoices from a company
Hello.
Mr R. and Mr Z. are founders of a company located in Ajman. They are buying my fish from Indonesia.
The total amount of 2 invoices is USD 11.074, but they paid me just USD 5.000 since 8 months ago.
Can you help me to collect my balance?
Thank you

Dear Sir,
I hope my reply finds you well.
Further to your above query, we presume that currently USD 6000 is the pending amount.
Please be informed that our law firm can very well assist you in your claim. To this end, we can send first a legal notice to the opponent.
After receiving our notice to pay, if the opponent will not adhere to our demands, we have to file a civil case in the court of law here in Ajman, for which we shall be needing the following documents:
1. Trade license copy of the opponent and the contact details.
2. Power of Attorney from your end, authorising us to file the civil suit (we will provide a draft).
3. Receipts of invoices.
4. Any agreement to this effect.
5. E-mail communication between you and the opponent.
6. Any other document supporting our claim.
Should you have any further question and/or concern, please feel free to email us at info@awsuwaidi-advocates.com or you can call us at 045547635.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
