Investigation about case details in the UAE and strategy to claim the debt

1. Is there any website that can search for an expert investigation report for a case in Dubai?

2. Is there any way to search for an ongoing case by the defendant name?

3. In Dubai, if we claim a civil case, we should pay a 6% court fee according to the claim amount and is there anything the defendant should pay?

4. If we win the case, are the court fees and other court administrative fees liability of the defendant?

5. We have a case in which we will claim an amount of more than 630,000 US dollars, the defendant was in Dubai, we have 5-6 victims and still grow up.

But we would like to use a pay afterwards strategy to claim the lawsuit which means we pay according to what we got, any lawyer who would like to talk about this please send a mail to us, thanks.

Dear Questioner,

However we still do not know the whole story of the aforementioned inquiries, please check our comments as follows:

1- There is no website, but you have to get a copy of the case file that will include the expert investigation report.

2- There is no way except for the defendant to notarize POA to a lawyer to represent him and check the cases. if you are not a defendant, we can help you with our legal means to find the legal cases filed in the defendant's name.

3- Yes, you have to pay 6% as court fees to register your case as well, but the defendant will not pay anything while the case is ongoing.

4- If you win the case, the court fees and other court administrative fees will be the liability of the defendant.

5- Absolutely, we can assist you to file your claim case and postpone paying the court fees but you SHOULD KNOW THAT these PROCEDURES WILL RELY ON WHAT WILL BE SHOWN IN YOUR BANK STATEMENT.

We hope that our answers can be helpful and guide you and we would be pleased if you would like to approach our legal services to file this case against the defendant.

Please feel free to contact us at our email. Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Thanks.

Hi, thanks for your reply. Could you tell me what does that mean "these PROCEDURES WILL BE RELY ON WHAT WILL BE SHOWN IN YOUR BANK STATEMENT."

We had some experience when we chase a debt in the UK based on a strategy to pay a portion of what we eventually get. So I am not sure, are we talking about the same thing?

As you mentioned in your inquiry, that you want to pay the court fees after claim case is done. So according to the civil procedures law of the UAE, we have to apply a request to the judge by legal means to postpone the court fees payment until the case is closed.

Regarding UK strategy, it is not working here in the UAE. We can postpone the court fees which is 6% with maximum amount 40 k until the case is closed and then it will be deducted from your total claim amount.

I see, and it's acceptable for the court?

And how do I contact you, use whatsapp?

Absolutely, Yes, it is acceptable for the court.

You can contact me on my WhatsApp.

With my pleasure.
