How to cancel a trade license while a partner is unresponsive?

Hi,

My husband has started a company with a partner. Now it's time to renew the license but the problem is that his partner is silent and is not replying or answering any calls.

We want to cancel the license.

What to do?

For companies based on partnership, financial shares, and stocks, the process is more complicated in terms of procedures and the time taken, because the matter requires liquidating shares, collecting debts, and paying creditors before finalizing the matter completely with the Department of Economic Development.

You need to approach the court to remove the partner from the company if he does not amicably agree and the court process is lengthy, it is better to try amicably and settle that issue.

You may contact me directly via phone or email for further consultation.

Dear client,

Good day!

You can proceed with liquidation and complete the procedures. Then, file it in the court asking the sponsor to come and answer.

The procedure of corporate commercial is to first call for a board meeting, pass a board resolution, if the sponsor does not reply, you have the right to go to court and say that he is not coming on board and then, with an order of the court, you can complete the liquidation.

For further assistance, please feel free to contact us via phone or email.

Thank you!
