How to clear the previous manager's name from a trade license to avoid future cases?

I was a manager on a company trade license. My name was removed from the trade license in January 2017 and a new manager was named on the trade license.

The land department RDC has issued a travel ban against my name. The ban should be in the name of the new manager. I have copies of the old and new trade licenses.

How can I clear my name and ensure that this does not happen again with any future cases?

Hello Sir,

It is possible to inquire about the case number and submit a request to cancel the circular against you.

The procedures can be taken through a lawyer to be announced in the newspapers and to address the competent authorities for the information of changing the name of the director in the case.

We need to know the details and review the documents in this matter to assist you properly.

Please send us a copy of the old and new trade licenses and the notification received from the land department in this regard via email.

Dear Client,

Good day!

Yes, you should submit all the documents to the Execution Department.

If you don't get heard in the execution department, you need to file a case to clear your name and get an order from the court clearing all your liabilities from the company.

After that order, you can go to RDC and submit the documents.

For further assistance, please feel free to contact us by phone or send an email.

Thank you.
