A limited employment contract is a contract which has a start date and will be finished after a certain period of 1, 2, 3, 4 years, whatever it will be. However, as the term of employment residency visa is 2 years, so the shortest period for the full-time contract should not be less than 2 years, but it can be longer.

So the answer is: yes it's a limited contract.
