Q: I filed a civil case 2 and half years ago and we had a settlement in court. The person issued new cheques for payment but now all his cheques bounced and there is no more intention to pay. I went back to the court and they told me to proceed with the execution. The amount is only 40k and the person just paid 8k since 2016. I haven't collected my money yet and now I have to undergo again a process in the court and I'm just afraid that I will pay court fees again and it will not be guaranteed that I will be able to collect the money.
