Contract drafting for an e-commerce platform
Hi!
I’m AlReem, the founder of an e-commerce platform launching soon in the UAE.
Basically, I will sell products of other shops on my website. I will need a contract between my platform and the shops, stating the commission I’d take...etc. And of course, I’d need a lawyer to help!
