Complaint to the Ministry of Labour for salary delay
Hello,
I have serious question regarding the salary delay issues. Well, can the employer hold salary for more than 3 months?
Because now its already the 4th month running and we as staff are yet to receive the salaries. So, please advise us what we can do in this matter as we are all now in no man's land.

Dear Questioner,
In case there was no signed agreement between you and the employer that he is allowed to retain your salary (could be a loan that you took from the company...etc), he is not entitled to delay the payment.
You can go to the Ministry of Labour and file a complaint against the company or hire a lawyer to handle the case on your behalf.
Best regards,
Raluca Gatina.
