Can employer penalize me for resigning with 30-day notice?

1
Q: Dear Sir/Madam,
I resigned from my job with a 30-day notice because I can no longer work in an unhealthy environment. My mental health is being affected on a daily basis, so I had to resign.
My employer is trying to penalize me for not staying on for 90 days. However, it is impossible for me to stay on for 90 days when I am severely unhappy and stressed out.
Surely, my employer should take into consideration that I provided a 30-day notice and not penalize me. What should I do?

How to expedite the process of sending a judgment issued in the UAE to another country? 1
Hello,
There was a bounced cheque case against me in Dubai in 2009-10. I won the case upon appeal in January 2020. I have been fighting extradition to Dubai since 2018 for the same case.
Even though, the case was won in January. Until today (December 2020), the authorities in my country of residence (Ukraine) haven't officially received the judgment from the UAE.
1.What steps can be taken to expedite this process?
2. What steps does a judgment go through before it is communicated to the country in which the extradition case is pending?
3. What is the normal time frame for this process and for the removal of the Interpol red notice against the accused?
Thanks and regards,

The developer failed to rectify the numerous leakages in the apartment, what to do? 1
Good afternoon,
I have purchased a property in Al Barsha (top floor). In spite of repeated reminders, the developer failed to rectify the leakages (numerous) in my apartment.
I had also notified this during DLP (Defect liability period). Can I refer my dispute to Rental Disputes Committee in Dubai Courts, even though there is an arbitration clause in the Sale and Purchase Agreement?
Appreciate your guidance on this.
Kind regards,
Kalpesh

Stopping former colleague's harassment 1
Hi,
I have an ongoing harassment issue with a former colleague.
She created fake Facebook accounts and sent messages to my family and friends accusing me of adultery and threatening.
At that time, I did not know who she was as all the accounts were fake, however, yesterday she sent a package to my family with a document of my photos, WhatsApp messages, and allegations against me.
She also sent me abusive emails for months which included threats of defamation and threats against my family, but I did not reply. She bombarded my employer pretending to be my wife, requesting my HR records. I had to leave my jobs because of embarrassment.
I decided to report her to the police, however, because of work commitments, I am in the UK and will only return in January. The police have advised me to return and file a case. I would like two services:
1. Send a cease and desist letter to the person harassing me to stop.
2. Represent me whilst I am abroad to pursue this case.
