The cancellation of Visa is the only thing that can be done even if the company is blocked.

So the company should proceed with your visa cancellation once you resign and settle your payments and entitlements.

Our office is ready to help you if you have any labour claims.

They also terminated me in 6 months and did not give me a salary for 3 months.

Did they terminate you before the 6-month probation period or after?

14 Mar 2018, 07:51

They terminated me before in November, but they used my mother's name that my mother called my company asking to cancel my termination.

But they lie. And after that, I come back with the work. March 1, 2018, my manager told me to stop work and terminated m. Also, they did not give my salary for 3 months.

The employer has the right to terminate the contract within the first 6 months without notice and without gratuity.

You will only be entitled to your salary for your working days, your leave days and ticket to your home country in case you didn't find another job.

So will I get a ban for this?

14 Mar 2018, 09:43

The ban is something totally different and applying the ban has many reasons and factors, each according to the case itself and the reason for the termination.

But I filed a case already in the labour about my salary before they terminated me. The problem right now is when they will give the money and ticket.

They can give you the money on the same event of signing the cancellation.
