Q: Hello sir,
We have an employee who was under probation period on a limited contract and with our company visa. The performance is poor and it is found that he is working for another company (his old work) while working with us.
So the management decided to terminate the contract. Apart from the salary, do we have to pay his ticket fare?

Q: Dear Sir/Madam,
I resigned from my previous company. They have not yet canceled my visa because I have not yet received my full settlement. However, they gave me a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to work temporarily.
My new employer terminated me on the spot after a month and a half, without a notice period. They only sent me a WhatsApp message saying that I was terminated and that I did not need to come to work.
After a day, they gave me a termination paper to sign. They also pushed me to sign another paper, but I did not sign it because it was in Arabic.
I asked them to give me an English copy, but they said that they did not have time to translate it. I told them that I would take the paper and try to get it translated into English.
One of the owners shouted at me and said that he would take it to the fiscal. I told them that according to the labor law, I should receive my pending salary and 14 days' notice period. Is this correct?

Can a company terminate any employee during the probation period without any valid reason?
It happened to me; they don't have any valid reason but still state that we have the right to terminate you without any valid or non-valid reason. Is it really true?

If I sign a termination letter during probation, would I face a ban?

Q: Dear Sir/Madam,
I'm still working with a company under probation, but they called me and insisted that I sign a termination letter.
They also instructed me not to come to work tomorrow and sent a cancellation letter mentioning disciplinary action.
I refuse to sign any warning letter or related documents. I'm concerned that signing the cancellation letter now might result in a ban.
Additionally, I'm unsure if I'll be able to find another job at any company.

My company terminated me with no written warning last April 5, and they said I need to work up until April 30 to receive my pay, but until now, they're holding it.
Can someone help me with what I can do, please? And is it right to terminate me with no warning?

I came to Abu Dhabi on the 3rd of January to work at a school, and my contract is for two years. A few days ago, the principal told me I need to leave because I did not pass my probation, which wasn’t done correctly.
I was given an extension, and no one has observed my teaching. I will leave at the end of the academic year, but what are my rights now?
Will I get paid for the holidays? What if I can’t find a job?

My employer fired me under Article 44 for not showing up for work for 7 days in a row. But that’s not the case at all. I was sick and the management was aware and they let me go.
I went to another country to get treatment because it’s expensive in Dubai. My employer did not pay me my salary for the month I worked and fired me.
I have official sick leave from another country and there is correspondence where my employer sent me to another country for treatment.
The problem is that the employer says that he will take compensation for the training that was specified in the contract, but I did not undergo training at all; I immediately started work from the first day of work and there was no training.

Hi,
I have a situation where I signed an MoU and gave my security deposit to the seller's agent. However later, the bank valuation of the property is lower than the selling price.
On my MoU, it has a clause that “the buyer has a right to cancel/negotiate if the bank valuation is not the same as MoU.” I tried to negotiate, however, we didn't agree on the price so I asked to cancel.
Now the agent is threatening me that they will not cancel the MoU and that will deposit my cheque. Later I also came to know that the person I am dealing with is not the same person whose name is mentioned as a broker in the MoU.
The agent I am dealing with is constantly messaging me with threats. I decided not to speak to him and instead, I wrote an email to the broker whose name is mentioned on the MoU but received no response.
I am on a very tight timeline as I need to vacate my apartment in 3 weeks, I found another unit but I don't know if I can pursue this while the initial MoU still not canceled.
