Checking for the status of a canceled project to get the money paid in escrow account
Hi,
We invested in a project which has been canceled for the last four years.
Until now, we have not heard anything from the Dubai Courts although we registered our details with them. All the monies paid were into an escrow account.
How can we chase this up further?

Please note that there are 2 committees; one is known as Special Committee for Canceled Projects and the other one is Tanmiya Committee where the investor is already on board.
So, in the Canceled Projects Committee, we go and check if there is a hearing date, if the liquidator is appointed or not for the project, or if the new investor is there on the project or if it is in another committee.
Please provide us with the details of the project so we can check and confirm.
