Starting a business while being an employee in a government organization
Hi,
I and my friend agreed to start a business and be partners. As I'm working in a government organization, (and also my wife), we don't want our names in the trade license.
Is there any way of being a partner without our names in a trade license?

Hi,
I trust you are well!
This is quite a common query we receive. Yes, absolutely.
In such a case, you may choose to appoint nominees who will own shares on your behalf.
Although the nominated persons will be the legal owners of the shares, you and your other business partners will be the beneficial owners.
This can be executed through a Nominee Agreement. Prior to initiating the drafting process, it would be beneficial to discuss your requirements in detail, over a phone call.

Hi,
Your question makes me remember a client who was in the same situation.
Nominee shareholder agreement was the perfect solution.
We might help you with the draft if required.
