Eligibility to rent an apartment if there is a pending RDC case
Can a landlord rent out a property if it has an existing RDC Case open against it?

Dear Questioner,
The landlord is not eligible to rent the apartment if it has an exciting RDC.
Basically, the former tenant should provide RDC with the final payment of DEWA. Moreover, the furniture related to the former tenant, the court should issue the decision to sell it or remove it out of the apartment.
Only in one case the landlord can proceed and rent the apartment if it's totally empty and he already paid the final payment of DEWA.
