Travel ban effect on the family of the banned person

Please note that the Travel Ban is a personal penalty. Which means that only the person who has the travel ban applied upon is to be affected by the penalty.

So, your family members whether first, second or third degree may not be affected by the travel ban.

In other words, your family can travel freely as long as their records are clear and they are not subject to any other crimes investigation or conviction.
