The rights of a pregnant woman in termination for redundancy

I’m eight months pregnant but I have been made redundant, stating that the position has been made redundant.

Is it legal for the employer to make a pregnant employee redundant and not paying 3 months redundancy?

You have the right to file a complaint in MOHRE if you don't agree with termination.

Thank you for your comments!

But I want to know more details about redundancy rules for pregnant women in an organization, as well as the new laws that are made due to the pandemic.

Please advise

According to the Labor Law and its amendments, the employer may not terminate the service of a working woman or warn her about that because of her pregnancy, and the termination of service, in this case, is considered arbitrary in the provision of Article (122) of this law.
