The rights of a pregnant woman in termination for redundancy
I’m eight months pregnant but I have been made redundant, stating that the position has been made redundant.
Is it legal for the employer to make a pregnant employee redundant and not paying 3 months redundancy?

According to the Labor Law and its amendments, the employer may not terminate the service of a working woman or warn her about that because of her pregnancy, and the termination of service, in this case, is considered arbitrary in the provision of Article (122) of this law.
