Obtaining a work permit for a new offer during a pending labour case

Respected Sir,

I have a court case in Al ain court against my employer. Now I have received another offer from another employer.

Can I get any letter from the court for my labour card cancellation without the NOC from the current employer?

If yes, I kindly request your expert guidance.

Yes, you can obtain a letter from the court of concern to the matter, and it is submitted to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (formerly the Ministry of Labor and Workers) to obtain a temporary work permit for a period of 6 months.
