هل من الممكن تأجيل أقساط البنك بسبب خفض الراتب؟
مرحبًا،
حصلت على قرض شخصي وهناك ديّن مستحق علي تصل قيمته إلى 63,975 درهم على 18 شهر. لقد فقدت وظيفتي في عام 2018 ولكنني تمكنت من سداد المدفوعات المستحقة علي حتى شهر أبريل 2019.
راتبي في الشركة الجديدة أقل مقارنةً بالراتب الذي كنت أحصل عليه في الوقت الذي أخذت فيه القرض، وبسبب الظروف الحالية الناتجة عن فيروس كورونا، تم تخفيض راتبي الحالي بنسبة 40٪ ولن أتمكن من سداد المستحقات الشهرية.
ما هو وضعي القانوني في حالة لم أتمكن من تسوية هذا المبلغ المستحق علي؟
