Approximate maintenance amount for the children after divorce

Dear,

What is the approximate maintenance amount for the children after the divorce?

Also if the ex-wife is working, then I have been informed by law it will be 25%. Is this correct?

Does the monthly alimony payment include medical cost or coverage?

Dear questioner,

The amount of alimony given to the wife in any divorce case depends on case to case basis, like liabilities of husband...etc.

If need be, kindly contact us by phone for a detailed discussion or write to us at our email for further assistance.

Hello.

There are a number of elements to consider here. One is whether or not the divorce and custody are via amicable agreement or not.

If not, child support is generally calculated by the court on the basis of the father's income and child's expenses.

The court could rule that the children must have health insurance. It ultimately depends on the proceedings and what the parties are claiming in the case.

For options moving forward, feel free to contact my firm by phone or email.

The man spends the marital alimony and the alimony of all children from the expenses of education and treatment and limits the alimony according to the husband's financial ability.

Hi

The matter is different in cases. You can defend the case with her salary certificate and other evidence supporting your claims.

The honourable court will definitely take all those into consideration.
