Once the case is raised with MOHRE, it is transferred to the labour court for judgement.

If your claim amount is more than 100k, then you need to pay court fees while registering the case with Dubai Courts.

During the court proceedings, you have to submit notes (in Arabic). Further, we can help you with this case.

Once the case is transferred to court by MOHRE, you need to register the case in Dubai Courts either by yourself by visiting AL ADHEED centre or by hiring a lawyer to register the case and do the follow-up.

After registration of the case, you will wait for the first hearing. The court will send the summons to your employer or his lawyer to attend the hearings.

Both parties will submit the memorandums and the judge will decide on the basis of facts of the case.

At the court stage, you should file your statement of claim and then the Court registration department will role the case in the Scheduled hearing.

The court will consider the case based on your claims and requirements as well as the defence of the employer (if any). The legal professional fee depends on the claim amount and nature of the case.
