اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية ضد المطور العقاري لانتهاكه قواعد حساب الضمان

ما هي الإجراءات القانونية الواجب اتخاذها في حالة قبول المطور العقاري الحصول على شيكات من جانبي (بغرض سداد نسبة 30% من قيمة العقار تحت الإنشاء) والتي تم دفعها للشركة (ولم يتم دفعها لحساب الضمان المخصص لمشروع المطور العقاري الذي أشتري منه)؟
هل يُعد هذا غير قانونيًا ويلغي عقد البيع والشراء الخاص بي مع المطور العقاري؟

You can complain to the land department and base on your SPA you can challenge it in the civil court. Your SPA is legal, no worry.
