Inability to pay rent while the landlord is insisting to evacuate the tenant
Good morning, sir,
I am in a situation where I am unable to pay my rent. I am living in bed space. I have pleaded with my landlord to give me some time so I can pay his rent, but he refused. I have a delay in payment for 4 days now and he is insisting on throwing my things out.
Is there any notification in this case?
Please I need your advice!

If there is a rental contract concluded between you and the property owner, he cannot expel you from the room because the fee has not been paid unless after taking the necessary legal measures to do so.
You can contact us via e-mail.

Dear questioner,
Due to the current situation, the landlord can't vacate you from the room, and in case he tries, you may call the police and they will stop him as he should obtain a court order from the rental court.

Dear questioner,
He cannot evacuate you from the premise unless he obtains a court order.
Considering the current situation, I would advise you to send him an official letter and request him to reduce your rental fees because of your current financial situation.
In case your salary has been deducted, you can request your sponsor to issue a letter addressed to the landlord, to prove that your monthly income has been reduced.
