Reducing salary by the employer and keeping it the same on WPS

Greetings!
I am working in a fit-out company as a project coordinator. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, my company issued a letter stating that our salary is reduced by half.
But the problem is that the company is showing a full salary in WPS and not issuing my salary cards. I requested them, not to do this, but in vain.
I have bank loan payments and home rent pending. And unfortunately, I can't take any advantage of the UAE Government benefits in this crisis, because I don't have any salary slip to show I am getting half salary.
I am very tense and afraid. Please advise me, how can I solve this problem?

You have to send an official email to your employer asking him to provide you with an official letter as proof for the reduction of your salary and you can use it to whom it may concern.

Your company can't reduce salary without your consent and mutual agreement. As you mentioned here if your company uses your bank card without your consent that is a criminal offense.
You think about all and discuss it with the company because at this time if you make any issue with the company they may terminate you then it will be more problematic for you, therefore, decide as you find appropriate for you.
You can make a complaint in MOHRE also by calling 80060.

If you do not agree to reduce your salary or if you agree, your company deceives the Ministry of Labor
You can file a complaint on the Ministry of Labor website against your company, and prove that you do not agree with the company's behaviour or reduce your salary.
