2- Because your contract is a limited contract, you will be entitled to pay 45 days' salary as compensation to the employer because you terminate the contract.

If you have a strong reason for termination, you will never be entitled to pay and the employer will be obliged to compensate you with three months of the total salary.

1- Mostly it is not a Freezone company, you can check the website of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce.

2- If you terminated the contract and get a ban, you still can join any Freezone company in the UAE. You have to pay 45 days' salary as well.
