Filing a domestic abuse case against a daughter
My sister is emotionally and physically abusive. I get worried about my physical safety when I am near her. In the past, she has assaulted me and my mother.
I want to know how I can go about filing a complaint if she physically assaults me again. She has paid various expenses for my family and is now demanding all that money back. I want to know what is her legal standing in this matter.

Dear questioner,
Pursuant to the query, if your sister is assaulting you, you can file a case against her. If she is making bad or abusive words against you, you can also file a defamation case with supporting evidence/witness to prove the same.
If you need any assistance, kindly contact us via phone or email.
Thank You!

Hello,
Further to your inquiry, you can file a case against your sister in the U.A.E. In August of 2019, a new law was introduced regarding protection from domestic abuse. The law categorizes domestic abuse as that by a family member, including a daughter.
