لقد أكملت 11 شهرًا في العمل بصفتي محاسب عام في إمارة دبي.

خلال الشهر الأخير من سنة العمل الأولى، اضطررت إلى المغادرة بسبب أمور عائلية. بعد المغادرة، لم أتمكن من العودة إلى دبي بسبب المشاكل الأسرية ووباء كورونا العالمي. أخبرني مديري في العمل أنه سيحظر تأشيرتي بشكل دائم.

هل هذا الأمر ممكنًا؟

Dear questioner,

Please clarify when you started your leave and how many days have been approved by your employer?

Having family issues is not an excuse, but the global situation with COVID-19 and the ban imposed in some countries matter, because you cannot enter the UAE - but this measure was imposed just last week.

In case you suppose to return to the UAE before the ban imposed in your home country and the UAE, then he has the right to file an absconding case against you if you were not in touch with him for more than 14 days.

One month was orally approved, but 1.5 months passed till now.

Please inform me regarding further action taken by the UAE Government after filing the absconding case.

Dear questioner,

If the employer will file an absconding case against you, there will be a travel ban restriction on your name, and you cannot enter the UAE because you will be caught in the airport.

I advise you to apologize to your employer and try to reach a settlement with him to cancel your visa through the normal process.
