Canceling an employee's visa while being in home country because of COVID-19
My employer told me that I will be on vacation for 5 months in my home country due to COVID-19 pandemic, I am worried that they will cancel my visa because 5 months is a very long period.
Is there any chance they cancel me when I am in my home country for vacation?

Dear questioner,
They cannot cancel your visa if they did not provide you with the termination notice.
Make sure you have all those communications with your employer, in writing, so we can use them in case, for example, with bad faith, he will file an absconding case against you, in order to cancel your visa without your acknowledgment.

Do not worry!
Because, according to the ministerial decision issued by the Ministry of Labor, the employer can grant the worker leave with or without pay.
In addition, the employer asked you to leave for 5 months outside the country and the visa expires more than 6 months outside the country.
So do not worry!
