Employee's benefits upon arbitrary termination in unlimited contracts
My contract is an unlimited contract. I worked for 2 and a half years and have been terminated today; due to "review of the department structure and unfortunately as a result of that review we are terminating your employment with immediate effect".
The company has agreed that I do not need to work a notice period.
What compensation benefits am I entitled to?

As this termination is not related to your performance, therefore, it can be termed as arbitrary dismissal wherein you can claim salary up to 3 months as compensation.

That is an unfair termination. You have the right to get your salary until last working day + 3-month compensation + leave salary + tickets and any paid expenses you paid for the company if any.
