ترك العمل عقب الاستقالة قبل انتهاء فترة الإشعار

أعمل بموجب عقد عمل محدد المدة مُجدد ولقد قدمت استقالتي على أن أقضي فترة إشعار مدتها شهرين.

في الوقت الحالي لا يمكنني قضاء فترة الإشعار التي تبلغ مدتها شهرين لأن الشركة الجديدة التي وجدتها لا يمكنها الانتظار لمدة شهرين.

هل ستظل هذه الاستقالة التي قدمتها سارية إذا قدمت شكوى إلى وزارة العمل بسبب تأخير راتبي لمدة شهر؟

Unfortunately, you must abide by the notification period, paying 45 days of your basic salary as compensation for the employer.

As for the delay in one salary, you do not have the right to complain unless the delay is two months.
