Yes, you can hire a lawyer to follow the case and collect the cheques and send them to you by courier, then you deposit the cheque to your bank account in India, it will take around 1.5 months for each cheque to get cleared.

Lawyers cannot clear any cheque on your behalf, but they can deposit it to your bank account in the UAE if it is still valid.

We are doing the same to one of our customers where we are collecting cheques from the court and send it to him.

Also with POA, we can represent you in any dispute or any matter in the UAE without the need for your attendance.

An official agency certified by the beneficiary of the bank account is required to spend the amount, then transfer it to you in your bank account, and you do not need to appear to the state.

You can contact us via phone or email.
