Submitting documents to apply the highest punishment to a murderer
Hello,
Greetings!
I am from Bangladesh.
My father was murdered in the UAE by a culprit. I want to know something about the law of the UAE concerning a murdered person, anyone murdered in the UAE.
Is it mandatory for a victim's family to send some documents in regard to expecting the highest punishments to be applied to the culprit?
Or if it is a government case, it will run automatically?
Is it necessary according to your law to submit any documents for applying the highest punishment?
I am a victim. My father was killed in the UAE by a culprit. Now the culprit is in police custody.
I hope you will help me in this regard!
Thank You

Dear Sir,
With reference to the above-mentioned subject, this is the work of the prosecution, not anyone else. All you have to do is to claim civil damages for the damages happened to you.

Dear questioner,
It is the duty of the public prosecution to give him the maximum punishment, but you can claim compensation based on criminal liability.

Hi
Your father's murder case will be handled by the public prosecution, so you don't need to worry about it.
You shouldn't sign any mercy document in favour of the accused. You have the right to get blood money AED 200,000 from the murderer.
You should follow your father's death case about blood money and other updates.
