Dear Ms Rehna,

Good Morning and I trust you are fine.

Further to your query, please be informed that if the credit cards or the loan amount was issued under your name, then in such case you shall be liable for paying such amounts, otherwise not.

We further suggest that you must conduct a preliminary search/ investigation with the Dubai police authorities in order to know the status of your visit. This is just to safeguard your visit to the UAE.

Please be informed that we, on your behalf, can conduct such investigation for which we shall be needing your passport and visa page copy.

After our investigation with the police authorities, we shall be informing you about any possible ban along with an initial case detail, if any.

If there will be any possible ban, we shall not be advising you to enter Dubai without solving the matter.

Kindly be informed that the process of investigation takes 2-3 working days and for providing you with this service, we charge a nominal fee of AED 900.

For confidentiality, you can send us the required documents at info@awsuwaidi-advocates.com or you can call us at 045547635.

Regards,

Aws M. Younis
