The right way of settling a bank debt and paying fines

Dear Sir,

I have a police case for AED 9000 cheque bounce. Now can I approach the bank for settlement or I can pay the fine and close the case?

Will the bank raise the civil case against me again? If the bank agrees with me for instalment basis settlement, will bank inform the police to remove the case filed against mee immediately?

How many days will this process take?

Please advise?

Yes, you may try to negotiate with the bank on some instalment plan.

Otherwise, there will be a fine you have to pay at the police station. Later, the bank has the right to file a case in order to recover the amount.
