Free zones do not impose bans on employees but may do so if requested by the employer.

It all depends on the circumstances leading to the dismissal of the employee or termination of the employment contract.

So since you left on emergency, the employer will have no recourse but to declare you absconding as he needs to get back his guarantee deposit for your visa.

However, any ban imposed by a free zone would only be applicable within that free zone.
