Claiming the due salary upon termination while the working visa is not processed

Hi,

I was terminated by my employer since he found out that I sent an application to other companies.

Am I still entitled to the days not paid yet?

I'm under the probationary period and they did not process my working visa yet.

If your visa is not processed, you cannot claim anything because they know that one needs a labour contract to file a case. Even if you are under probation, you need an employment contract and visa.

Hi,

I signed an employment contract with them but they did not finish the contract from MOHRE yet, will that be sufficient?

If the contract is not the English Arabic MOHRE contract, then you do not have a labor case but a civil dispute. Still, you may try and approach Tawafaq to complain against them.
