Filing a complaint against an employer for not processing an e-visa

How can I file a complaint against an employer for not processing my e-visa?

I got a labor contract and an offer letter from the employer.

It is better to look for another job if your visa is not processed within two months. It is a tough and challenging time for the employer too.

After getting EVISA, if the company is not processing due to COVID 19, then how did they issue my offer letter (18th March) or labor approval 26th April or EVISA 2nd May while Covid19 is already there?

The logic of COVID-9 does not fit here, and now finally the company called me and processed my VISA but on variable pay not on salary.

I canceled my old visa on a salary basis but this again does not fit, what advice do you give me?

You may file a labor complaint only when you have a formal employment contract and visa stamped. Thus, the only option is to file a civil claim for a promise not kept which will be expensive and you will have to prove your loss.

During Covid-19 pandemic period beginning March 2020, and pursuant to the Ministerial Resolution No. (279) of 2020, the Ministry grants permission to the employer to:

- Implement a remote working system.

- Grant paid leave.

- Grant unpaid leave.

- Temporary salary reduction during the referenced period.

- Permanent salary reduction.

Of course with your consent. So you either take it or leave it and find another job. Thus, my advice is "to look for another job" if the visa is not processed or they reduced package which is not to your satisfaction.
