Termination of employment contract during probation
Dear Rajasree,
Good afternoon.
I hope this question finds you well.
I got terminated yesterday from my working place without reason, after 5 months. My contract said that they must give me a notice of 7 days.
The only answer which I got from the HR is " Manager personal reasons". What should I do in this situation, and what are my legal rights in this case?

I would like to know the nature of your employment contract to advise you accurately.
However, early termination of an employment contract without a valid reason is considered as arbitrary.
I am not sure your company is in mainland or free zone. If it is in mainland please call 80060 and raise your complaint.
If it is a free zone company, please approach the concerned free zone complaint department.
