المطالبة بالراتب المستحق عند إنهاء الخدمة عند عدم استخراج تأشيرة العمل

مرحبًا،

لقد قام صاحب العمل بإنهاء خدمتي لأنه عرف أنني أرسلت طلب التحاق بالعمل إلى شركات أخرى.

هل ما زلت يحق لي الحصول على راتب عن الأيام التي لم يتم دفعها بعد؟

أنا أعمل في فترة الاختبار ولم يقوموا باستخراج تأشيرة العمل الخاصة بي حتى الآن.

If your visa is not processed, you cannot claim anything because they know that one needs a labour contract to file a case. Even if you are under probation, you need an employment contract and visa.

Hi,

I signed an employment contract with them but they did not finish the contract from MOHRE yet, will that be sufficient?

If the contract is not the English Arabic MOHRE contract, then you do not have a labor case but a civil dispute. Still, you may try and approach Tawafaq to complain against them.
