Cancellation of a partner visa after selling his shares
My partner is not cancelling his partner visa even though he sold all his shares to me five months before.
Now my company trade license renewal is stuck because he is not cancelling his visa. The sponsor is from my side only.
How can I cancel his visa without his signature?

If you have the original Share Sale Agreement, you may approach GDRFA in this respect. They will be able to advise you what can be done in this case.
Normally, they have to call the investor first. And if there's no response, other steps can be taken.
