I recently requested my records which indicate an arrest warrant, 20,000 AED fine, 2 months in Jail, and a deportation order. I understand that the best way to have this settled is to file an appeal and appear before the judge. My biggest concern is what happens once I arrive in the UAE for the appeal. Will I be arrested and jailed again and potentially in a worse situation than before?
