أعمل بعقد عمل محدد المدة بسنتين، وأريد الاستقالة، طبقًا للعقد الداخلي ( شهرين ).

استلمت عرض عمل آخر من شركة أخرى، وكلا الشركتين في دبي.

هل يستطيع صاحب عملي أن يطلب منعي من العمل؟

إذا فرض منع من العمل ضدي، هل سيؤثر هذا المنع من العمل أيضًا في الالتحاق بالشركة الأخرى إذا كانت شركة منطقة حرة؟

Recently, the United Arab Emirates has cancelled the labour ban (see Ministerial Decree No.766 of 2015).

You can move to another company in terms of your contract, whether it is limited or unlimited.
