Extending the visa of an employee after the termination of the contract
Can the employer (in Jebel Ali Free Zone) extend the visa of an employee after the termination of the contract beyond the 30 days mentioned in the rules on humanitarian grounds?
If yes, under what law or rule?

No, it can't be.
It is either to renew or to cancel his visa and shift his residency to a visit visa that might allow your employee to take advantage of 100 days in the country on his own visit visa.
