Consequences of resigning from a limited labour contract
Good evening,
Can I terminate my limited contract within the probation period?
My visa status is a cleaning worker, but actually working as an admin assistant.
If I resign from my limited contract, then should I give a notice period or not?
Please let me know.
Thank you

As provided under the labour code, there is no need for a notice period as mandated by the code, as you are still in the probation.
However, you still need to submit your resignation letter.
On the other hand, since your visa is "Cleaning Worker" you might face an automatic ban, and your employer may seek some cause for not completing your contract (please check your contract to know your liabilities).
