Ahmed Mohammed Adly Osman

Mr Ahmed Mohamed Adly Osman is a lawyer and member of the Egyptian Bar Association since 2003. He has obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree at Assuit University in Egypt and is currently working as the Director of Legal Affairs in Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) for more than 4 years. For 11 years prior to his big move to Shurooq, he has worked as a Legal Consultant at Dubai Future Foundation, Al Dhaheri International Advocates and Legal Consultant at Millennium Airport Hotel, Legal Consultant at the Ministry of Agriculture- Legal Department in Egypt; and Associate lawyer at the Law Offices of Bahaa Eldein Abo Shoga Advocates (one of the 10 biggest law firms in the Middle East). During his tenure with these offices, he was tasked to provide in-depth legal advice, opinion and advocacy to the clients and company; prepare all types of pleadings and submissions before the court and quasi-judicial body; appear, attend and represent client/company before any type of courts and other alternative dispute resolution body; and attend all type of meeting, negotiations, dialogues and conferences for and on behalf of the client/company. Presently, he is the managing and administering the Al Adly Legal Consultancy and the Legal Department of the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq). He also provides legal advice and opinion to the Executive Chairman and other departments within the institution to ensure that all actions of Shurooq are in accordance with its policy and law. Aside from providing advice, He is reviewing all type of contracts, representing Shurooq before all types of courts and quasi-judicial bodies promoting and ensuring the best interest of Shurooq.
