في الإفصاح عن الخسائر في قرارت الشركة عند تصفية الشركة هل يكون مدير الشركة الضامن للديون المتعثرة؟

السلام عليكم، أنا شريك في شركة. هل أستطيع إضافة بند في عقد التأسيس بعدم تحملي لأي خسائر عن الشركة وبموافقة باقي الشركاء؟ وهل هذا البند يُخلي مسؤوليتي الكاملة عن الديون أو الأضرار التي تلحق بالشركة مستقبلاً؟

كيف يمكن لغير السعودي افتتاح مكتب لتقديم أعمال المحاماة والاستشارات القانونية؟ هل يلزمه وجود مواطن سعودي شريك معه؟
