He is deducting my salary for small issues and trying to say that I am still in the probation period and everything is in his hand. So now I'm depressed to work here anymore. Can I resign from my job and go back to my home country?

I got a judgment in my favour in Saudi Arabia. But the employer went to appeal and then instead of judgment again, the date came and they asked for my resignation acceptance copy from them and at the end of that session. One SMS of four digits came to me and to the other party which I gave it to them. They said that it will go to 3 Shaikhs to review and you will have to check after one week. What will happen in this case? Can they go again to appeal if the decision is not in their favour or this will be the final judgment? What happens after this and how long will it take to get my money? Regards,
