Are you certain that you have an absconding claim registered against you?

If you do in fact have an absconding claim registered against you, this will prevent you from obtaining a Police Clearance Certificate.

I would recommend you complete a travel ban and arrest warrant check, to verify your immigration status and then proceed with the removal of the absconding claim with your previous employer.
